Your ‘day To Day

As a B2C Deployment Lead you will lead the market deployment side of the B2C acquisition initiatives. You will also:

• be responsible for identifying, proposing and deploying improvements to the existing B2C initiatives;
• coordinate deployment of various initiatives with the relevant departments and supervise field operations;
• take ownership of initiating new B2C activities to maximize market’s acquisition potential;
• manage external partners ensuring that projects are delivered to the standards of excellence and in accordance with the budget;
• deploy acquisition plans during events and take ownership on dedicated acquisition events.
  
  

We Expect That You

• have a University/College degree;
• have a proven successful experience in commercial project deployment/field operations in FMCG environment;
• have strong planning and project management skills;
• are able to occasionally work non-standard hours (evenings, weekends) during events;
• have great MS Office skills;
• are fluent in English and Estonian;
• have driving license (B category).

Salary range for this role is from 3580 EUR gross to 4120 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
