What do you need to become a SMART AGILE COACH / SCRUM MASTER?

✅ At least 4 years of hands-on experience driving Agile adoption and transformation

✅A deep understanding of Agile values, frameworks, and mindset (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)

✅Technical awareness — enough to speak the language of devs, architects, and sys admins

✅Experience supporting IT infrastructure teams in Agile environments

✅Proven background in designing and facilitating Agile workshops, retrospectives, and training sessions

✅ Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

✅Creative approach to solving problems and spreading agility across teams

✅ English fluency is a must — French is a nice to have

What will you be doing at SMART?

• Coach infrastructure and cross-functional IT teams in Agile best practices
• Train and mentor teams and leaders to grow a strong Agile culture
• Support the delivery of Agile tools and frameworks that actually work
• Guide teams through Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal Agile coaches, architects, and delivery managers
• Facilitate dynamic workshops, retrospectives, and innovation sessions
• Help scale agility through smart, value-driven change
