We are looking for an experienced, curious and inspiring Senior scientist AD with strong analytical expertise and team-oriented mindset, to contribute to the development of peptide generic drug products.

Your key responsibilities:

• Be a vital member of a cross-functional project team in the development of peptide generic drug products, covering analytical activities in drug substance, pre-formulation, and formulation development phases.
• Collect, evaluate and interpret analytical/stability data. Display a critical mindset, ensure thorough analysis, and construct meaningful conclusions.
• Support the development and transfer of state-of-the-art analytical method (e.g. (U)HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, IC, CE,…).
• Conduct thorough data reviews and documentation of results. Prepare scientifically supported and well-structured analytical/stability reports that adhere to the required documentation principles.
• Effectively collaborate with other project team members, including presenting findings and active involvement in solving shared challenges that arise during development of the drug product.
• Deliver drug product project activities in alignment with the project plan.
• Assist in preparation of registration documents for HA submissions and act as a technical expert during audits and inspections.
• Stay up-to-date with scientific publications and advancements for the studied field of research.
• Demonstrate digital proficiency and operational excellence in your work.
• Ensure compliance of activities with standards in the field of quality (GMP), in the field of ensuring health and safety at work and other Sandoz standards.

What you will bring to the role:

• Advanced degree in life sciences with strong background in biotechnology, biology, biochemistry, analytics, pharmacy, chemistry or other related Life sciences.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in analytics/stability of peptide drug products.
• Understanding of regulatory expectations and requirements.
• Excellent scientific/technical writing skills.
• Experience with working in interdisciplinary and cross-cultural teams
• Strong soft skills, means the ability to communicate in an open, clear, assertive, organized and concise manner to be influential in scientific meetings and ability to work together as one team in a global environment
• Scientific Excellence, Digital Excellence and Operational Excellence. Ability to implement new approaches and strives for improvement and simplifications
• Active knowledge of English language required (oral & written)

Desirable:

• Statistical knowledge (able to use the proper statistical methods to collect the data, employ the correct analyses, and effectively present the results).
