We’re looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo (ERP implementation) Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of Odoo ERP projects across various departments. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful deployment and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, translate them into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with developers, consultants, and functional teams to deliver customized Odoo solutions.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure high-quality system configuration, testing, deployment, and user training.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support post-go-live activities and continuous improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Contribute to business process reengineering and optimization using Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager, especially with Odoo.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules and customization capabilities.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with agile project methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
