Role Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven Trade Finance Sales & Partnership Manager to lead SMEs client acquisition and institutional partnerships across banks, NBFIs, corporates, and digital trade platforms. This role combines strategic sales with ecosystem alliance-building to drive adoption of $SRC’s RWA tokenization platform, targeting exporters, importers, and liquidity providers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Acquire and onboard exporters, importers, and traders into the $SRC Ecosystem

Develop and manage a pipeline of trade finance deals to tokenize using $SRC protocol

Identify and close deals with liquidity providers, funds, and family offices seeking tokenized trade exposure

Promote the use of AI-based due diligence, document verification, and tokenization tools

Strategic Partnerships

Forge partnerships with banks, fintechs, shipping, freight companies, and trade associations

Lead collaborations with trade tech platform (e.g., ICC, MLETR-aligned platforms)

Expand our network of digital trade enablers and real-world data partners


Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Growth

Represent $SRC at trade finance and blockchain events, webinars, and roadshows

Provide market feedback to product and tech teams to enhance platform fit

Educate stakeholders on benefits of tokenized trade finance and digital asset compliance


📌 Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in trade finance, transaction banking, or fintech sales

Strong understanding of LC, open account, forfaiting, and invoice financing models

Proven track record of B2B sales or ecosystem partnership development

Familiarity with blockchain, digital assets, or RWA tokenization a major plus

Excellent negotiation, communication, and CRM pipeline management skills

Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, Web3-native environment

Preferred Background

Previous role at a trade finance bank, factoring house, digital lender, or trade tech firm

Experience dealing with SMEs, logistics platforms, or emerging market exporters

Knowledge of MLETR, ICC DSI, or cross-border compliance tools
