Software Analyst

BGTS is looking for a Software Analyst to join our growing team based in Turkey, the UK, and the EU. Our teams support many clients in the UK and EU across industries.

What will you be doing:

• Analyze and clarify product requirements
• Gather business needs and prepare documentation
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
• Maintain constant communication with the software development team
• Analyze and model processes, and provide improvement suggestions
• Create user flows and wireframes
• Perform data analysis when needed and report findings
• Support application testing processes and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in Jira, Figma, Excel, and SQL
• Strong skills in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience in process modeling (BPMN, UML) and analysis
• Proven ability to design wireframes and create user flows
• Effective communication with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a solution-focused approach
• Experience in writing and executing test scenarios
