Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Krakow (OR) Gdansk - 4 days onsite in a week - Must have Own Laptop

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description:

• Minimum of 10+ years managing large-scale, transformative initiatives, preferably within the financial services or technology industry. Expertise should include both Change the Bank (CTB) and Protect the Bank (PTB) initiatives with an expertise in successful delivery upon internal / external audit findings (e.g. results of onsite inspections and regulatory driven initiatives, remediations) and proven data driven acumen.
• Solid (10+ years) experience in Project-Program-Portfolio (3P) Management
• Solid (10+ years) experience managing change across multiple business units, including significant business change initiatives
• Previous experience in managing multi-workstream improvement or remediation initiatives is preferred.
• Expertise in key technologies necessary for effective 3P management including advanced Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and PPM tools like Planview or Clarity or equivalents of all.
