We are sourcing on behalf of a leading real estate company headquartered in Abu Dhabi. Known for delivering exceptional residential and commercial developments across the UAE, the company is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its in-house marketing and creative team.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of real estate projects and corporate branding. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to create visually compelling assets that drive engagement, support property sales, and elevate the company’s brand presence across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, billboards, social media graphics, and event collateral
• Support branding initiatives for property developments and company-wide campaigns
• Create visual content for website updates, newsletters, presentations, and real estate listings
• Maintain and evolve visual brand consistency across all creative assets
• Coordinate with external printers, signage companies, and other vendors to ensure high-quality output
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or a design agency
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus)
• Strong layout, typography, and branding skills
• A well-rounded portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
