We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Solutions Analyst to develop digital tools that enhance operational efficiency and business intelligence to value-add to Yinson's FPSO operations. This role will work closely with FPSO stakeholders to deliver user-centric data visualizations, agentic workflows, and AI chatbots that integrate with our proprietary systems of record

The Digital Solutions Analyst Is Responsible For

  • Developing digital solutions, including dashboards and automated reporting using business intelligence (BI) visualization software such as Microsoft Power BI, AVEVA AIM and Pi Vision.
  • Developing AI agents, Agentic workflows, and AI chatbots for interaction with systems of record, using Microsoft Azure and BPM tools such as Novacura Flow and AVEVA Work Tasks.
  • Co-developing and deploying any ongoing digital initiatives (integrated asset performance management, agentic AI initiatives, etc) focusing on FPSO operational matte.
  • Connecting and integrating data from multi-cloud hybrid sources using ETL software such as Databricks, to develop and automate maintenance of BI dashboard


Functional Tasks

  • Work closely with users and stakeholders to develop data solutions (BI visualizations, AI agents, Agentic workflows, and AI chatbots) to meet operations & business requirements.
  • Actively monitor usage and track business ROI of the developed data solutions.
  • Consider UI/UX designs and improved usability to create ideal user experiences.
  • Develop queries, calculations, and data transformations as required to develop BI components, whether in Python, SQL or DAX.
  • Develop tabular and multidimensional models as required for each BI dashboard.
  • Support the development & maintenance of medallion architecture data design patterns.
  • Consider ETL/ELT pipelines required to develop robust BI dashboards with high uptime.
  • Plan and document technical specifications for developed data solutions & visualizations.
  • Develop user guides and training manuals as may be required for users and stakeholders.
  • Support implementation of cybersecurity and data governance of the overall data stack.
  • Work closely with Data Engineer(s) and across the Data Solutions & Architecture team to develop and maintain pipelines for data analytics, data visualization, and data modelling


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in computer science, business administration, information technology or other similar disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and DAX.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Pytho.
  • Minium 3-5 years hands-on experience as business analyst, data analyst or BI developer

  • Able to analyze complex technical information.
  • Able to build rich dashboards with data transformations.
  • Able to design and implement database structures to solve problems effectiv.
  • Able to consider data governance & cybersecurity
