Senior Data Logger
As Reach Subsea continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Data Logger to strengthen our high-performing Monitoring team. In this role, you will be responsible for live monitoring and data collection of our sensors, equipment preparations, data integrity checks, and survey equipment maintenance during offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the offshore shift when working opposite the Monitoring Supervisor.
  • Lead shift safety meetings and ensure proper filing of documentation, such as Toolbox and JSA meetings.
  • Assess whether equipment requires replacement or repair during the shift, or escalate to the Monitoring Supervisor if needed.
  • Conduct live monitoring of Monitoring sensors (e.g. GMUs, TSPs).
  • Prepare, deploy, and recover subsea equipment.
  • Collect relevant data, including gravity and pressure measurements, pressure data, and CTD data.
  • Perform daily checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure vessel and ROV crew operate in accordance with established procedures.
  • Carry out daily maintenance of survey equipment.
  • Take part in mobilisation and demobilisation activities.
  • Contribute to daily shift and crew handover documentation.


Key Qualifications

  • BSc in surveying, engineering, electronics, IT, geophysics, geology or similar.
  • Relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
  • Offshore safety training.


Skills

  • Good communication and cooperation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
