Job Description:

This position involves direct responsibility for analytics to support audit and compliance activities, requiring a robust blend of business analysis, and advanced data analytics skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong ability to swiftly understand and navigate the business landscape while proficiently utilizing various analytical techniques and models to devise effective results. Technical expertise in data analytics tools, including statistical software, programming and data cleansing will be critical in ensuring compliance, optimizing audit processes and providing valuable insights to drive business improvements.

Responsibilities

• Function as a business analyst and data scientist
• Synthesize data from disparate internal and external sources
• Evaluate large, complex sets of data based on audit and compliance scope and objectives
• Leverage visualization tools to present information to drive fact-based decision making
• Enable use of machine learning and AI to drive efficiency in audit and compliance activities
• Validate results of data analytics for accuracy and integrity
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in data mining and understanding of Machine Learning or operations research.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R.
• Demonstrated experience in on prem and cloud-AI technologies including Power BI and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience implementing open-source technologies and cloud services; with or without the use of enterprise data science platforms.
• Ability to engage key business and executive-level stakeholders to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach.
• Able to collaborate with domestic and international teams and exercise independent judgement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelors’ (BS/BA) Degree in data science and analytics, computer science, physics, economics, statistics (operations research, quantitative social science, etc.), international equivalent, or equivalent job experience.

• Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself –Required.
