Fullstack Developer (React & Node)

What You’ll Do

• Experience and expertise in front-end development in REACT, REDUX, Node JS and Javascript.
• Build well-designed, high performance and effective front-end web applications that support complex business rules/flows.
• Leverage experience to establish best practices for web development and drive the team and the codebase to a higher level.
• Contribute to Application Solution Design and work with technical architects, business, product, and UX team members to influence the application data-flow design and extensible product platform architecture.
• Be a product engineer and collaborate with various business functions and translate business requirements into simple user stories in partnership with the engineering lead and other developers on the team.
• Develop UI/UX wireframes using tools such as Figma.
• Apply user experience methodology and best practices to translate user needs and business requirements into engaging user-centered design.
• Pioneer new frontend initiatives and champion them to the rest of the frontend team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup. Experience leading POC’s and demonstrating speed to market.
• Someone who loves to learn and passionate about helping others.
  
  

What We Seek In You

• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• 3 to 5 years experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Node Development.
• Experience working in Agile development environment.
• Experience with Jira, Github, CI/CD and other development life-cycle tools.
• Designing web and mobile applications. Developing wireframes as per UI/UX principles.
• IT Implementation and project management experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies
• Experience in persona development, information architecture, wireframe, and prototyping.
• Familiarity with Figma and similar software.
