We are currently seeking a Senior Node.js Developer to support one of our consultancy clients on a high-impact project for a major brand. About The Role

The successful candidate will join a team responsible for delivering scalable backend solutions using Node.js and NestJS. You will be expected to take a hands-on approach to development while also providing technical leadership and mentoring to other developers. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and reusable modules using NestJS and Node.js
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in TypeScript
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions to ensure scalable solutions
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers while remaining hands-on with the codebase
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and test coverage
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven backend development experience with Node.js and NestJS
• Strong TypeScript skills and understanding of object-oriented principles
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture
• Self-sufficient with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical efforts and mentor team members
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and agile development practices
