DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer – Retail / E-Commerce - Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, Go

Oliver Bernard are currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a well-established team for a Retail / E-Commerce focused company in London.

This hire is part of a period of transformation across the business focused around expanding their nationwide product and instilling a strong DevOps culture whilst driving transformation and innovation across their broader Software Engineering team.

Having grown extensively in the last 5-10 years, they require a Senior Level Engineer to support their Developer Experience team in their efforts to scale through a series of projects focused around Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform & more.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6-7 years’ experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer, ideally operating in a Senior capacity in their current role, and have the following:

• Experience with Azure Cloud (AWS and GCP will also be considered)
• Containerisation / Orchestration work with Kubernetes
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for IaC
• Software Development background, capable coding day to day (ideally with Go, but other OO languages will be considered)

This is a hybrid opening (3 days p/week in Central London) and can offer £90-100K, alongside benefits, for the right profile.
