The Office of Circular Economy is responsible for leading policy and initiatives to elevate Queensland’s resource recovery performance to one of the best in Australia by developing and implementing actions that recognise the value of waste to the economy as well as facilitate investment in innovation, processing facilities and market development. The department is seeking motivated and collaborative professionals to contribute to this significant agenda.

Your Contribution

This role is responsible for the administration of the Queensland waste levy and the delivery of service-related initiatives and programs of work. These currently include the systems and business processes to administer statutory obligations and to manage waste and resource recovery, financial administration, data and information.
