📌 About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Enterprise Architect with strong experience in LeanIX and a proven track record in Technology and Application Portfolio Management (TPM/APM).

This role goes beyond strategy—it's operational and data-driven. You’ll actively use LeanIX, collaborate with tech and app owners, and drive meaningful improvements in transparency, complexity reduction, and architecture governance.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the LeanIX expert: configure workspaces, build dashboards and reports, and support integrations.
• Lead the integration of SBOM from the build pipeline into LeanIX.
• Collaborate with application and technology owners to maintain accurate and complete portfolio data.
• Analyze application and technology landscapes to identify rationalization opportunities and technical debt.
• Organize and lead workshops, working sessions, and reviews to ensure data quality and alignment.
• Develop custom LeanIX reports and analytics to support architectural decisions and governance.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on LeanIX experience, including APM/TPM, inventory modeling, reporting, and integrations.
• 5+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience in complex IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks.
• Experience with SBOM integration and basic scripting for LeanIX automation.
• Excellent communication skills: capable of explaining architectural topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in agile, federated, or international environments.
• Developer skills (e.g., Java, Python) are a strong plus.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of metadata and drive data governance.
