Software Architect

Overview:

A small but dynamic servicing company in Brussels is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable .NET Architect to lead the development of a new greenfield application that will complement their ERP project. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable and maintainable solutions using .NET technologies.
• Develop and implement a robust microservices architecture for the greenfield application.
• Utilize Blazor to build modern, interactive user interfaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and technology usage.
• Research and implement new technologies to enhance the application and improve efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical leadership to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Maintain clear and consistent documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a .NET Architect or similar role in software development.
• Expertise in .NET Core, C#, Microservices, and Blazor.
• Experience in leading development teams or providing technical leadership (a massive bonus).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration is advantageous.
• A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to research and learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Availability to work onsite in Brussels 2 days per week.
