What We're Looking For

As a Cloud Operations Engineer at Zoho Corporation, your role would involve designing, implementing, and maintaining Network/Server solutions, as well as, provide operational 24/7 support to our Network Operations Center. Key responsibility will be monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting the day to day activities of servers and network equipment, as well as, ad hoc project work. The technician will be working closely with the Data Center Manager on projects scheduling.

Requirements

  • 0 to 3 years of NOC experience.
  • Hands on experience with internet routing protocols and concepts of TCP/IP, BGP & OSPF.
  • Good working knowledge of IP networking fundamentals and strong basic knowledge of L2 switching and L3 routing.
  • Experience with network operating systems such as firewalls, switches, routers, etc.
  • Good network analytics and troubleshooting skills using packet capture and other monitoring tools.
  • Good knowledge of Linux OS and cloud infrastructure components like virtualization, Load Balancers, etc.
  • Monitoring of servers & Zoho applications and prepare RCA for any incidents.
  • Management of various infrastructure components such as DNS/ DHCP/ NTP/ Proxy/ OS Image Servers / Load Balancers.
  • Knowledge in basic networking concepts like VLAN, NAT, ARP, basic FW and Switch configuration.
  • Knowledge in server hardware components like CPU, RAM, different types of drives, NIC etc.
