The Opportunity

Worldline's Financial Services division is the pan-European leader in financial processing. As one of the company's core Global Business Lines, Financial Services represents approximately 20% of Worldline's total revenue.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst within our Financial Services division, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure our payment solutions meet and exceed customer expectations. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, playing a crucial role in our agile delivery process.

More specifically, you will be working on our flagship Front-Office solution, which serves as the cornerstone of our product delivery strategy within the Financial Services division. You will be working on the existing Front-Office solutions deployed on the French market.

• Formalize and draft detailed business requirements for payment solutions
• Participate actively in refinement rituals with business stakeholders, customers, and development teams
• Write comprehensive functional specifications that translate business needs into technical requirements
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our product delivery processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment
• Support the team in maintaining and developing our payment offers
• Follow the requests and reported issues on the product/instance scope
• Active participation in the test phases
  
  

Who Are We Looking For

Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements

Technical understanding of IT systems and software development processes and challenges

English language proficiency (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of C++ programming concepts

SQL queries basic knowledge

UNIX commands basic knowledge

Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies

Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance requirements and payment industry standards

Previous experience in the financial services or payment processing industry is a plus
