Project Manager

📢 We're Hiring: ICT Project Manager – Expert Level (Freelance/Contract)

We’re looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead a variety of complex IT projects in a dynamic international public sector environment.

📍 Location: The Hague

📅 Start Date: July–September 2025 (latest)

⏱ Duration: 1 year initially, with possible extensions until 2029

💼 Contract Type: Time & Means, contractor-supervised

🔐 Security Clearance: Certificate of good conduct required

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ICT projects (software, COTS, infrastructure, integrations)
• Engage with internal teams and external vendors
• Ensure timely delivery, documentation, governance, and risk management
• Support reporting, project planning (Gantt), and stakeholder communication
• Use tools like MS Project, PowerPoint, and standard PM methodologies

Required Profile:

• 9+ years in project management, with at least 5 full project deliveries
• Experience in regulated/public sectors and international settings
• Proficient in English (B2+)
• Strong knowledge of structured project delivery, procurement, and service integration
• PM Certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or PM2 – intermediate or higher)

Desirable:

• Experience in IAM projects
• Familiarity with infrastructure, containers, or public procurement
