Job Purpose: Manage the largest self-storage retro-fit project from start to finish, ensuring all parties are updated on progress

.Responsibilities

• :Oversee multiple sites and contractors
• .Monitor progress using Airtable and communicate with stakeholders
• .Ensure budget compliance and manage additional costs
• .Handle contract valuations and payments
• .Attend meetings and provide reports
• .Coordinate with teams for timely execution of tasks
• .Ensure quality and standards adherence
• .Solve unforeseen problems and plan for potential issues
• .Provide technical advice and support

Qualification

• s:5+ years in constructio
• n.Project management experienc
• e.Strong organizational and communication skill
• s.Solution-focused mindse
• t.Fluent in Norwegian and English; Swedish is a plu
• s.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Team
