We are looking for a 3D Unity Generalist with strong cross-disciplinary skills in 3D asset creation and Unity implementation. In this role, you'll work across modeling, animation integration, VFX, and scene setup to deliver polished, stylized experiences within Unity 3D. You’re expected to collaborate closely with both artists and developers to ensure visual quality, performance, and consistency throughout production.

Key Responsibilities
Asset Creation & Preparation
- Model and texture stylized props, environments, and characters optimized for mobile or real-time use.
- Prepare assets with clean topology, UVs, and PBR textures using tools such as Blender, Maya, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
- Optimize assets for performance (polycount, atlasing, LODs, compression).
- Import and organize assets into Unity, creating prefab and setting up materials, colliders, and lighting hooks.
- Assemble scenes based on mockups or design references, ensuring scale, hierarchy, and naming conventions are clean.
- Set up animation controllers, blend trees, and trigger events for basic runtime animations.
- Integrate or assist in creating VFX using Unity's Particle System or VFX Graph.
- Apply post-processing effects, camera setups, and visual transitions for interactive scenes or features.
- Work with designers, animators, and developers to ensure asset functionality and gameplay alignment.
- Contribute to documentation and iterate on production workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience in 3D production and Unity implementation.
- Proficiency in modeling, UV mapping, texturing, and rigging basics.
- Solid working knowledge of Unity: importing assets, creating prefabs, and scene setup.
- Understanding of performance constraints and optimization for mobile or low-spec platforms.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Unity Shader Graph, Animator Controller, or Timeline.
- Familiarity with Addressables and asset bundling pipelines.
- Background in casual, casino, or stylized mobile game production
