POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination, implementation and execution of specific tasks for multiple projects and product offerings within the division. Projects are connected with development hardware and software for a wide range of devices, from a kind of smartwatch up to the electric vehicle motor controller unit.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

●     Reviews project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing projects.

●     Coordinates via IM, video, and email conferences with US project leaders on a daily basis.

●     Plans the project activities.

●     Directs and coordinates all activities of the project to ensure the project progresses on schedule

●     Responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference call with both domestic and international off-site partner companies.

●     Reviews status reports and modifies schedules or plans a required.

●     Performs acceptance testing prior to deliver the software to the client.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

●     Thorough understanding of development life cycles (Web, Mobile) and test processes.

●     Ability to successfully complete tasks without direct supervision or directives.

●     Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

●     Attention to detail, organization, and good time management skills are critical.

●     Looking for an outgoing individual who has fantastic presentation skills. 

●     Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects in an environment where priorities shift regularly.

●     Electrical engineering or computer engineering background is desired.

●     Good command of English.
