PMO Coordinator – Data-Driven & Analytical Thinker

Melbourne | Permanent Role

We are seeking a PMO Coordinator with strong critical thinking and analytical skills. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just track tasks but actively interrogates data, identifies gaps, and contributes meaningful insights to drive project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project governance, reporting, and documentation across multiple programs

• Analyse program data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and emerging trends

• Apply critical thinking to determine what's missing and what information is needed

• Collaborate with project managers, finance, and stakeholders for accurate reporting

• Maintain and enhance dashboards, registers, and tracking systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a PMO Coordinator, Project Analyst, or similar role

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Confidence in working with partial or complex datasets

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficiency with tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Jira, or similar
