Was werde ich hier machen?
- Customer facing support engineer in vendor-network operator environment (on-site)
- Maintenance and support activities of voice and/or messaging core network elements in a cloud environment (network change operations, upgrades, processing / tracing trouble tickets, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, inspection tasks, etc.)
- Acting as interface between network operator technical team and vendor level 3 support
- Providing technical support for mobile and fixed voice and messaging services
- On-call duty (if required)
- University degree in computer science, electrical engineering/ telecommunication, software engineering or equivalent
- Solid IT background - computer and transmission HW, IP networking, solid Linux knowhow, knowledge/experience of cloud technologies (Openstack, Container) is a plus
- Network support experience
- Working knowledge in following telecommunication protocols: ISUP, MAP, SIP, Diameter
- Mobile and fixed voice core and/or messaging knowhow
- IMS architecture knowhow is beneficial
- Acting as reliable team member in an international multicultural team
- Good communication and analytical skills
