About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated QA Test Lead to join our team. The QA Test Lead will oversee the quality assurance testing of the System, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer's satisfaction. This role will involve implementing test strategies, coordinating testing activities, supporting other QA testers, and communication with the Client.

We are looking only for the candidates who are based in Lithuania.

About The Client

One of the biggest financial institutions in Lithuania.

Responsibilities

Analysis and coordination of the System testing tasks provided by the Client.
Preparation of the System test plan and test scenarios in accordance with the agreed terms.
Develop, maintain, and support new/existing automated tests of the System using C# programming language, Selenium (to support browser automation) and Allure report (tool for generating reports).
Monitor the execution of the System tests using the JIRA XRAY tool in accordance with the developed test plan.
Detect possible programming and logic errors, inconsistencies that may adversely affect the System performance.
Report the results of the System testing according to the test scenarios developed.
Identify potential quality risks and work to mitigate them through proactive test planning.
Coordinate the retesting of logged and corrected system errors.
Review the functionality of the databases used to quality assure the System testing, based on the test tasks submitted using SQL queries.
Mentor, develop, motivate the team of testers, escalate issues to the Scrum Master and/or the Product Owner.
Make suggestions for optimising business processes, drive improvement initiatives.
Work as part of a team using the Agile Scrum approach.

Requirements

2+ years of QA experience.
Proficient in C# programming language, SQL.
Proficient in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Strong experience in both manual and automated testing practices.
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.

Preferred Experience

Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.
Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
Exposure to cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience in QA leadership role is seen as an advantage.
