We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with the Marketing team and other designers to ideate and develop high-quality and well-performing visual ideas for CityBee and MyBee brands.
• Develop engaging design assets for online channels, including website and app graphics, email templates, social media visuals, paid media ads to enhance our online presence, as well as physical or print placements.
• Develop dynamic video and motion graphics for advertising campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms, leveraging a vast library of assets to create engaging visuals.
• Design captivating car stickers for seasonal promotions and special occasions, customize generic sticker designs to fit a variety of car models.
• Develop and maintain CityBee and MyBee brand guidelines in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring brand consistency across all design elements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to graphic and motion designs
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, executing creative ideas for online and offline assets, including videos
• Fluency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Knowledge of motion graphics principles and how to design graphics for animations. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Experience and understanding of creative designs for paid media
• Experience in AI tools, such as MidJourney or Open AI is an advantage
• Solid understanding of marketing, branding principles, and visual development
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, along with effective planning skills
• Have a link to your portfolio added to the CV
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

Monthly salary:

• 2300-2600 EUR gross. A specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies
