Are you an experience QA Engineer/Manager or Software Test Engineer/Manager who feels stuck in your current role? Have you found yourself working on the same repetitive tasks over and over again? Or have you found yourself struggling for exposure to the right projects?

I am searching for people who pride themselves on their soft skills just as they do their technical skills. Do you take pride in your ability to get the best out of others, just as you do your ability to carry out your role as a QA/Software Test Engineer.

Why not put you and your career first and take the reigns as Lead Software Tester. Taske ownership of a team of hungry, motivated Junior Testers and watch them grow and develop under your watchful eye. This advisory role will allow you to rub shoulders with senior leaders and take on an overseeing duty while you prepare yourself for a future in management.

You will:

• Lead a team of junior testers
• Take ownership of end-to-end projects
• Gain the tools required to one day become a manager

Skills / Experience:

• 5+ years in a Test/QA role
• Technical background
• Leadership experience

Salary / Remuneration: Up to €72,000 plus 10% Bonus
