Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: The Hague (1 day per week Onsite)
Full-time permanent (Freelance Contract also available)
€100,000 - 110,000 + Bonus

Here at Anson McCade we are working with a leading consulting client to hire experienced DevOps engineers in the Netherlands. They strive to deliver real value through large-scale digital transformation programmes across both public and private sectors. They’re at the forefront of cloud, DevOps, and automation, supporting critical national infrastructure, healthcare systems, and financial services with secure, scalable solutions. With a strong track record in modernising legacy platforms and accelerating digital agility, they offer the chance to work on impactful, future-facing projects with industry-leading teams.
Tech Stack & Tools:
- Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab
- CI/CD Pipelines: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD
- Configuration Management: Ansible, Puppet, Chef
- Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
- Cloud Platforms: Azure (primary), with knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud
- Monitoring & Logging: Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation
- Scripting Languages: Bash, Python, PowerShell
About You – Our Ideal Senior DevOps Engineer:
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Strategic thinker with a clear vision for scalable and sustainable DevOps implementation
- Eager to drive innovation and help shape DevOps culture within the team
- Dutch speaking
