WE’RE HIRING: MARKETING & GROWTH CREATOR (m/f)


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR


You're someone who gets things done — fast, smart, and with impact.


You’re creative, resourceful, and never wait for instructions. You bring ideas, turn them into content, and know how to push new products into the market from zero. You understand how marketing works today — and how to use that knowledge to generate leads, drive traffic, and close sales.


You:


  • Bring 100 ideas, and know how to test 10 of them quickly.
  • Are an excellent organizer — able to manage ideas, timelines, and tasks with clarity and focus.
  • Have experience launching new products — from concept to first sale.
  • Know how to build go-to-market campaigns from scratch.
  • Write ads that convert, not just attract clicks.
  • Know how to create or brief blogs, emails, and landing pages with a clear purpose.
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, Notion to accelerate output and ideas.
  • Understand how to create or guide video content that performs, not just looks good.
  • Constantly follow competitors, trends, and channels, always spotting new angles.
  • Know how to connect with influencers and audiences, even in niche spaces.
  • Don’t get blocked — if something doesn’t work, you find a way that does.



WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Support the planning and execution of digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) — including researching creative angles, drafting ad copy, coordinating with media buyers or agencies, and understanding performance metrics.
  • Plan and produce conversion-focused blog content, emails, and landing pages.
  • Actively support the launch of new products, from positioning and messaging to first campaigns.
  • Manage and test B2B lead generation efforts – from outreach to qualification.
  • Use AI and automation tools to accelerate testing and content production.
  • Guide or collaborate on video content for campaigns, landing pages, and ads.
  • Search for influencers, partners, and creative growth opportunities across channels.
  • Track campaign performance, learn fast, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Take initiative but also know how to respect agreed plans, timelines, and responsibilities. You're creative, but also reliable — someone the team can count on.


YOU SHOULD HAVE


  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or product launch roles.
  • Proven ability to take a new product from idea to market.
  • Strong skills with tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google and others.
  • Strong written English and ability to build messages that connect and convert.
  • Confidence working independently, with a bias toward action and ownership.
  • Experience or strong interest in video-based marketing and content performance.
  • Bonus: background in B2B, influencer outreach, or managing early-stage product launches.
