As a QA Engineer for our Content team, you’ll be responsible for performing manual and automated testing of new AAC content products developed by the R&D team to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer needs. Software and content testing is conducted in a cross-platform environment on various operating systems, browsers, and mobile devices, including Tobii Dynavox speech-generating devices.

What You'll Do
- Test complex vocabulary systems on mobile applications in a cross-platform environment, ensuring functionality and performance across devices.
- Create, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases based on project needs to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Develop and integrate automated test scripts using Python into the QA process to increase coverage and efficiency.
- Document and track defects, analyze testing results, and contribute to continuous improvements in quality and testing practices.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure that products function properly and meet client needs.
- Participate in design and program reviews, estimate testing efforts, and help drive successful releases.
- Share your knowledge by mentoring colleagues in testing methods and analysis.
We believe that you have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, combined with a methodical approach to problem solving. You’re comfortable working independently and take ownership of day-to-day tasks, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. We believe that you have:
- 5+ years in QA/testing with solid knowledge of QA tools, methods, and the full SDLC, including planning, execution, and defect management.
- Experience testing mobile applications on both Windows and iOS platforms.
- Extensive hands-on experience with manual testing, including black box, regression, exploratory, functionality, usability, and editorial review.
- Experience writing test automation scripts using Python and SQL.
- Strong command of English, with attention to detail in reviewing text and visual content
