THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for one Project Coordination Manager (previously also referred to as “Event Manager” to orchestrate a cross-functional operational team to achieve efficient, effective, flawless project execution.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Act as a SPOC from defined production: conduct status updates, create detailed plans for activities from producing site, manage documentation, ensure local first production approval and complete improvement actions, on project execution from defined production
  • Act as an E2E Project Manager for operational projects: setting-up and managing the local operational team, coordinating project execution and evaluation and facilitating internal communication within local stakeholders and deciders
  • Lead stakeholders management across functions: identify stakeholders, distribute responsibilities among project team and ensure proper communication

ARE YOU WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum 2 years of cross-functional experience gained through participation in different projects
  • Proficiency in Polish, English languages
  • Project Management competencies obtained through internal (Nestlé) or external certification (e.g. PMI/PMP) will be a plus
  • Knowledge of Nestlé organization and structure
  • Understanding of NCE (Goal alignment, Focused Improvement)
  • Knowledge of Nestlé’s corporate business, management, leadership and people development principles
  • Technical understanding acquired in the Food & Beverage area
  • Leadership skills within a cross-functional team
  • Experience working in a matrix-like structure
  • Courage and ability to solve problems
  • Proven communication skills
