We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager & Technical Lead to own and drive the end-to-end digital product roadmap across mobile, web, and Salesforce platforms. This hybrid role combines the strategic vision of a Product Manager with the technical leadership of a Delivery Lead to ensure successful, scalable, and customer-centric digital experiences. You will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, overseeing product strategy, agile delivery, technical feasibility, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership:
- Define and manage the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Translate strategic objectives and stakeholder feedback into actionable epics, features, and user stories.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business value with technical constraints.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and roadmap reviews with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Team Leadership & Delivery Oversight:
- Lead cross-functional squads, including App Development, Web/CMS, and Salesforce platform teams.
- Align teams on sprint goals, delivery timelines, dependencies, and release plans.
- Track delivery KPIs such as sprint velocity and feature completion to ensure roadmap progress.
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Technical Oversight:
- Provide high-level technical guidance and review solution designs to ensure feasibility and scalability.
- Collaborate with technical leads across Salesforce, mobile, and web platforms to ensure architectural consistency.
- Oversee testing and QA processes, including UAT coordination and deployment readiness.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across Marketing, Retail, and Loyalty functions.
- Communicate roadmap progress, timelines, and changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support digital platform use for marketing campaigns, customer experience initiatives, and analytics.
Knowledge Transfer & Capability Building:
- Document key decisions, processes, and implementations to enable effective knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to onboarding and upskilling of internal resources for long-term product ownership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in digital product management and/or technical delivery leadership.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe).
- Strong technical foundation in platforms such as Salesforce, mobile apps, and content management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Experience in customer loyalty, CX platforms, or retail technology is a plus.
- Product Owner certification or Salesforce certification is mandatory.
