As a Senior UI UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our growing plethora of digital products. This role demands an eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly product management and engineering, to define user interface requirements that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. You will be responsible for leading large design projects, providing creative direction, and ensuring quality and consistency across another product line. You should be comfortable conducting user research, interpreting data, and translating these into design solutions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction levels. Your expertise will guide the development of a seamless user experience while simultaneously establishing design best practices for the rest of the team. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design of complex UI UX projects to completion.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into elegant solutions.
• Develop and present design concepts and prototypes for review by stakeholders.
• Conduct user research studies to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers to enhance their design skills and career development.
• Establish and maintain design standards, ensuring consistency across all product lines.
• Participate in regular design review meetings with stakeholders and upper management.
• Utilize design tools efficiently to create high-fidelity prototypes and interfaces.
• Work closely with developers to understand technical requirements and constraints.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems quickly and effectively to improve user satisfaction.
• Constantly stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and creativity within teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional UI UX design experience in digital environments.
• Expert proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating a strong eye for aesthetics and problem solving.
• Experience in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and design best practices for a variety of devices.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
