Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Strategy: Define and deliver the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the growth and value on-platform in partnership with engineering, data science, AI, design, product marketing management (PMM), and operations teams.
- Product Development: Lead product development from ideation through launch, including writing PRDs, creating functional specs, and setting clear priorities. Focus on building secure, scalable, and reliable platform features that empower developers and third-party platforms to utilize LinkedIn identities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including AI, engineering, data science, legal, and business development, to ensure the platform’s capabilities align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Market Analysis and Innovation: Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, member feedback, and competitive products to continuously innovate and refine the platform.
- Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of the platform and drive continuous improvement.
- Must have worked on Multiple products at a time.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, with a focus on developer platforms.
- Experience with growth through value delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Identity or Trust related spaces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex. technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products through influence and collaboration.
