Business Analyst - Payments

Talenza has been engaged to source a Business Analyst with payments experience for an exciting transformation.

Experience required:

• Extensive end-to-end experience in Business Analysis - this role is well-suited for a business-facing BA with a background in payments and familiarity with ISO 20022.
• A solid understanding of either domestic and international payment systems (e.g., NPP, BECS DE, BPAY, HVCS, and SWIFT cross-border) is highly advantageous.
• Experience in mapping payment system interfaces, including API integrations.
• Experience working within digital and technology domains, particularly with vendors or on transformation initiatives across the payments value chain-covering areas such as payments orchestration, clearing, and settlement.
• Hands-on experience in Business Analyst roles specifically within the payments industry.
• Proven involvement in transformation projects across technology, business, and operational functions.

Salary: $140k- $150k + superannuation + bonus based on experience

Work arrangements: 3 days/week
