Backend Engineer

Energy Labs is a company within the multinational Altice Group, which operates in the USA, France,Portugal, Israel, and the Dominican Republic. Its primary mission is to develop innovative solutions for the energy market.

We are looking for software engineers, or equivalent, to join a development team responsible for developing our product in the energy sector.

This position is open for joining the Energy Labs development team in a technical role:

• Contribute to the design and architecture of the products;
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in software development, best practices and methodologies;
• Develop software components aligned with the organization's technologies and practices;
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements;
• Prepare technical/descriptive documentation of the implemented solutions;
• Be an active element in the team, participating in the various organizational processes and continuous improvement.

Academic Training:

BSc/MSc degree

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in software development. Preference to technical fit to used technologies.

Mandatory Job Skills:

• Relational Databases
• PHP (PHP Nativo, Symfony, Laravel)
• ASP.NET
• Primavera BSS/CEGID
• SQL Server
• Docker and kubernetes

Other preferred Skills:

• Agile/SCRUM, CI/CD
• Angular and JavaScript

Personal Skills:

Team player. Spirit for sharing, helping and contributing to the team's continuous improvement processes.Good communication skills.
