We are on the lookout for a talented HR Administrator to join our dedicated international HR Service Delivery team.

The mission of the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) team is to provide an exceptional employee experience by enhancing, designing and delivering efficient, scalable and technology enabled HR services.

In this role you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining standardized processes and supporting the operation of the HR department covering DACH, France and Africa regions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process all employment administration and provide supporting documentation from onboarding to offboarding, this includes new hire contracts, promotions, employment changes, termination letters
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times
  • Provide benefits administration for new hires, terminations and employee changes
  • Support inquiries and requests from employees, managers, and HR business partners timely and accurately
  • Respond to employee requests for references, certificates, general letters relating to employment and other general employee data/document requests
  • Maintain necessary record keeping and documentation within all HR systems
  • Keep abreast of compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies, updating processes as necessary to maintain compliance
  • Partner with leadership on change management activities related to the implementation of new HR services, processes, or technologies
  • As and when required train in Country managers on Oracle HCM data entry
  • Provide HRBPs with training & support on all processes including but not limited to transfers, promotions, status changes, and terminations

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of HR operations, service delivery models and standardized processes, particularly in the DACH, France, and Africa regions
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases, such as Oracle HCM, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge of HR principles
  • Fluency in German, French and English, enabling effective communication in multilingual environments. Any additional language would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication, organizational and relationship building skills
  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and take initiative in completing tasks
  • Ability to work independently and effectively, while maintaining alignment with team objectives and organizational goals
