About the Role: As our first Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user-focused experiences and defining our product's visual identity. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll have a unique opportunity to drive the user experience and visual design to new heights, directly impacting our brand and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Design Initiatives: Drive end-to-end design processes for our product, from research and conceptualization to final visual execution.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with leadership to align design strategy with product goals, contributing to the overall vision.
• Create User-Focused Designs: Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on user feedback to ensure a seamless, intuitive experience.
• Develop and Maintain a Design System: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure visual consistency across the product.
• Prototype and Wireframe: Use Figma, Sketch, or other tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and user flows.
• Stay Updated on Design Trends: Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends to bring fresh perspectives to the product.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work and design systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Experience working in a collaborative, agile environment.
