As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping both our product development and business strategy.

About the Role - We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our remote-friendly team and work on cutting edge projects that will shape the future of AI-driven growth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to define project scope and technical requirements.
• Implement high-quality integrations of Large Language Models (LLMs) into user-facing products.
• Design and optimize machine learning systems for efficiency and scalability.
• Research and apply appropriate machine learning algorithms, tools, and best practices.
• Select and preprocess relevant datasets, ensuring accurate data representation.
• Run experiments, conduct statistical analysis, and fine-tune models based on test results.
• Continuously train and retrain systems to improve performance over time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithm design.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, and experience with scripting languages (e.g., Perl, PHP, shell scripts).
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn), as well as AI/ML platforms (e.g., Hugging Face).
• Expertise in AI/ML systems with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI applications (e.g., LLaMA, GPT).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments (experience in early-stage startups is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, ML, Data Science, Statistics or a related technical field
