Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to craft exceptional user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on project goals
- Create visually polished UI designs that align with brand guidelines
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation
- Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to manage design systems and deliverables
- Present ideas clearly to internal teams or clients
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and/or mobile UI and UX design
- Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Understanding of design principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design
- Fluent in English; based in Switzerland or able to work in CET timezone
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, or data-heavy platforms
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or working with dev handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, Storybook)
- Experience conducting usability tests or A/B experiments
- Basic motion/animation design (e.g., Lottie, After Effects)
- Knowledge of German or French is a plus
