About The Brand

Role Overview

You will join an ambitious team of Web, Android, and iOS developers, collaborating closely with various teams dedicated to different facets of FanDuel products and tools. Your work will be integral to crafting world-class solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Review product specifications to offer development estimates and insightful product feedback.
• Innovate technical designs and articulate comprehensive technical specifications.
• Operate in an Agile environment to ensure flawless execution of tasks.
• Build software that follows and improves departmental standards and guidelines.
• Produce detailed technical documentation to effectively share knowledge.
• Engage in continuous self-learning to refine and expand your skill set.
• Develop CSS-based layouts using semantic, W3C standards-compliant HTML.
• Tackle complex problems with creative and effective solutions.
• Communicate effectively with project collaborators to ensure alignment and success.
  
  

Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
• Proven experience with JS frameworks such as React.js and Node.js.
• Understanding of and experience with application architectures (client/server, web, database).
• Proficiency in cross-platform and cross-browser issues; adept at HTML/CSS/JS problem-solving.
• Previous experience on mobile development is highly helpful
• React native experience is highly helpful
• Comprehensive understanding of browser-based technologies, especially browser DOMs, JavaScript, DHTML/CSS, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, ES6, and innovative technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Outstanding ability to maintain visual precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Understanding of the full development cycle and some experience with Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, XP).
• Experience with content management systems.
