Over 10,000 individuals use GetTested each month, and we're growing at 150% year-over-year.

Now, we’re looking for a CTO / Lead Developer who wants to step up and take ownership of our next big leap: building our new global health platform and React Native app. You’ll work closely with the CEO and lead an international dev team of ~20 people, driving up to 10 parallel projects — with a strong focus on AI and user-centric features. We’re looking for someone who’s not only comfortable leading a team, but also enjoys writing code, solving problems, and being hands-on in the development process.

• Lead development of our future React Native app
• Co-create our tech roadmap with the CEO
• Take ownership of project delivery and architecture
• Manage and inspire a growing international team
• Bring AI-first thinking into product development
• Ensure strong code quality and scalable infrastructure

 🛠 Our Current Tech Stack

• Frontend (Lab): Angular 11 (will be converted to React)
• Frontend (Dashboard): Next.js
• Backend: Node.js (Express), MongoDB
• App (Planned): React Native
• AI: Strong interest in integrating AI across the product

Note: This is a junior-level leadership position. Perfect for someone with 2–7 years of development experience who wants to grow into a full CTO role.
