Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a backend-leaning fullstack developer who’s confident across the stack, with a strong focus on building robust, scalable backend systems. You care deeply about clean architecture and performance, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and aren’t afraid to dive into complex challenges hands-on.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend and backend components, ensuring performance, security, and usability.
• Collaborate closely with the team to integrate APIs and drive new features from idea to production.
• Play an active role in shaping their development processes and bringing fresh ideas.
• Keep up with industry trends and lead by example in adopting the latest technologies.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and MongoDB, with exposure to frameworks like GraphQL and Zustand.
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies (React/React Native) and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimisation, accessibility, and browser compatibility.
• An understanding of UI/UX design principles with a passion for delivering top-notch user experiences.
• Leadership skills and a team-first mentality, with the ability to work independently when needed.

Bonus if You Have

• Experience with Java, Kafka, and microservice architecture.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Kibana, and AWS.
