🌍 Backend Developer (Kotlin/Java) – E-Health Innovation | Hybrid (Sweden-based)

I'm currently working with a forward-thinking health tech company that's reshaping the way care is delivered across Europe. Their mission? To remove the administrative burdens on healthcare professionals so they can focus on what really matters—patient care.

They’ve built a modern, web-based medical record platform tailored to the German healthcare market, and now they’re looking to strengthen their team with a Backend Developer who’s passionate about clean code, reliable systems, and the bigger picture of building tech for good.

💡 The Role:

You'll join a cross-functional, collaborative product team working on a cutting-edge solution developed in Kotlin (Spring Boot) on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend. Everything runs on a container-based cloud platform, so an appreciation for modern DevOps practices is a big plus.

Security and quality are at the heart of this product—after all, it deals with highly sensitive patient data. The team follows agile principles, continuous delivery, and believes strongly in iterative development with tight customer feedback loops.

🚀 What You'll Bring:

• Solid experience in Kotlin or Java
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, SQL, and writing testable code
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and contribute early in the product discovery phase
• Comfortable working in Swedish or English

Bonus if you have:

• Exposure to healthcare or med-tech systems
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD, TDD, or React/TypeScript
