Role - B2B contract

Work Type - Hybrid

The Full Stack Engineer role takes responsibility for delivery and consultancy of any solutions in Cloud and onprem The responsibilities entail areas such as client communication requirement analysis infrastructure coding setup technology update knowledge sharing automation and operations support.

Main Duties

Developing implementing and supporting backend pieces of the DA solutions

According to the agreed software system architecture

Implementing data structures system designs and patterns

Developing automation tools and scripts for operational teams across GDT WSIT DA

Identifying bottlenecks and improving software efficiency

Troubleshooting and bug fixing

Writing technical documents to support delivered code

Collaborating with stakeholders at various levels across GDT WSIT DA and other IT teams to develop sustainable DA solutions

Providing full scope of the daytoday Production Support service including resolution of the live incidents as well as postresolution problem management activities

Providing technical expertise in finding root cause of major system problems

Support of the various testing activities related to the new implementations

Participate in validating data development implementation testing activities

Perform data analysis of key problem areas to assist in root cause analysis and data reconciliations to identify data anomalies

Contributing productively to team objectives

Requirements

Experience of Scripting Skills eg Python Perl and Bashz

Experience of SQL egOracle PostgreSQL MSSQL

Experience of Networking eg TCPIP Subnetting Firewalls etc

Experience of System Administration eg configuring managing servers Linux Windows

Experience of Debugging eg stack traces log files and other system outputs

Experience of Cloud Engineering eg Alibaba GCP AWS Azure would be nice to have

Experience of containers eg Docker Kubernetes would be nice to have

Good to have knowledge on scheduling tools Airflow

Knowledge of Vulnerability Scanning and associated scanning and consolidation products

Strong understanding of technology layers in application landscape storage OS network database application

Knowledge of Patch Management processes

Automation and Orchestration driven mindset knowledge on automation tools such as Jenkins Ansible and Terraform

Willingness to continuously learn and share learnings with others
