Job Title: Product Manager

Total Experience Required: 4 to 6+ years in Information Technology/Computers/Software

Relevant Experience Required: 4+ years in Product Management experience

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: A minimum duration of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 18 months or beyond, depending on project requirements.

Workplace Type: Hybrid (at least 2 times a week at office)

Languages Required: English, Polish is a plus

Visa/Work Authorization Status: Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in Poland

Work Location: Warsaw, Poland

1. Must be currently based in Poland, or
2. Willing to relocate to Poland from anywhere within Europe or the UK
3. Candidates outside Europe/UK unfortunately cannot be considered

We are currently hiring for a Product Manager (contract role) with strong experience in product lifecycle management and Agile product development. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and key business stakeholders to shape product vision and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product initiation, requirement gathering, and roadmap definition
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams
• Drive Agile product development practices including backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Conduct sprint reviews, demos, and participate in PI Planning
• Utilize backlog management tools to ensure product delivery aligns with business goals

Essential Skills

• Strong end-to-end product management experience
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and ceremonies
• Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, ADO, Aha!)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Optional Skills

• Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe)
• Experience in enterprise-level product environments
• Background in software engineering or development
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices
• Exposure to cloud platforms or DevOps integration
