Job Description

• Must worked on Telephony upgrade projects
• Proven experience Design Implementation in a Datacentre Wireless and Security domains
• Deep knowledge and experience on products like
• Exposure on products like
• Meraki WAP MR45 65 Cisco WLC 5508 52x 3500 3600 and 3800 series WAP
• Stack Switches 4500 3750x
• 2960 switch
• Nexus 9K 7K 5K and
• ASR ISR components
• Ability to handle mission critical issues
• Deep knowledge on Routing technologies EIGRP BGP OSPF MPBGP
• Proven experience in Switching technologies STP VTP VLAN vPC VXLAN Fabric path etc
• Proven experience in WAN technologies MPLS VPLS DMVPN OTV
• Configure and install various network devices and services eg Firewalls ASA Checkpoint Routers ASR ISRXE Switches Nexus Stack 45xx 3750x QoS
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs patches hot fixes and security configurations
• 16x5 operations including oncall duty of all network related components like router switches load balancer etc
• Provide to support our customers with network analysis proactively drive operations excellence by solving and preventing operational issues
• Drive technical analysis supporting NOC but also in full collaboration with other entities like incident management or relevant stakeholders
• Provide Level3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Select and implement security tools policies and procedures in conjunction with the companys security team
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability via Tools like Solarwinds Netcool Availability
• Monitor system resource utilization trending and capacity planning
• IT Service management tool like ServiceNow
• Project Manager will be providing experienced project management of all activities including management data gathering inventory management control monitor and execution of banking branch and data centre Migration activities
• Lead planning andor implementation of migrationSetting up brand new datacentre with green field deployment Chair project meetings and participate in weekly meetings for dependent projects Prepare and issue project meetings
• Define and maintain the project plan in Microsoft Project ensuring it is reviewed and updated weekly to accurately reflect progress
• Develop and own Data Centre Communication plan Provide regular feedback on deliverables of all team members and escalate as necessary
• Proven handson network engineering experience
• CCNP or higher preferred
• Deep understanding of networking protocols eg IPSEC HSRPVRRP EIGRP BGP OSPF 80211 QoS
• Solid understanding of the OSI or TCPIP model
• Handson experience with monitoring network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• University degree in Computer Science or a related subject
• Thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of own professional discipline Thorough understanding of project management phases techniques and tools
• Initiate and Prepare definition scope and requirements
• Execute and Control scope workplans resources deliverables QA transition planning etc
• Close completion and assessment Strong and tested project management skills including sponsor and risk management Understanding of IT missions and operations in other areas of IT
• Engage support the Client Teams providing collateral materials of defined Offerings internal external materials
• Positioning Identify and develop messaging and positioning that uniquely differentiates LTIs Cloud solutions
• Market intelligence use industry research tools such as Forrester Business Technographics to uncover market insights for the Product Marketing team
