Job Responsibilities:

Microsoft System Administration:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Active Directory ,Exchange and CA solutions.
• Manage Microsoft-based environments, including Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Windows Failover Cluster, DNS, DHCP, Teams, File Server, and Group Policies.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize the performance of On-Prem Microsoft environments, including backup and upgrade strategies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide 24/7 support for mission-critical systems.

Automation and Scripting:

• Develop and implement automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to streamline system administration tasks, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual interventions.

Monitoring:

• Utilize tools like SCCM, SCOM, Manage Engine, and Zabbix for system monitoring and upgrades.

IT Infrastructure Modernization:

• Collaborate with teams to design and implement modern IT solutions, aligning with industry best practices.
• Contribute to DevOps practices, including working with containerized environments and Linux systems.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, and automation workflows to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Minimum Technical Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 8 years of professional experience in Active Directory and Exchange environments.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Proficient in scripting and automation (PowerShell experience is a must).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, containers, and Linux systems.
• Knowledge of banking regulations in Turkey is a plus.
• Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring platforms like Zabbix.
• Critical Thinking: Strong troubleshooting skills for complex production issues in critical environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certification(s).
• Proven ability to modernize IT systems while implementing scalable solutions.
• Basic knowledge of disaster recovery processes and capacity planning.
