💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As a PHP Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in the design and development of robust backend systems for a high-impact FinTech platform. You will work alongside experienced engineers, designers, and project managers in a product-driven environment focused on code quality, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience as a PHP developer
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming, ORM principles, and RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern PHP framework, such as Laravel or Symfony
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and code versioning tools (Git)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices
• Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) – essential for client collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
